British Person Lists What They Think Each U.S. State Is Famous For And It’s All True

In America, people tend to think their country is the main character. But there are literally billions of people all over the world who barely know anything about the U.S. and they’re much happier that way.

One of them is Twitter user @human_not_bees, who claims to be a British person and not a just swarm of bees shaped like one. They delivered a scathing lesson on American exceptionalism in a long Twitter thread about our 50 states.

“I, a British person, will now list all 50 states of the USA and what I believe they’re famous for without googling. Alphabetical order if you’re looking for a particular one,” they wrote.

The fact that they are even aware of our 50 states and all their names is kind of a point in our favor, because why? Most of us can’t name them all.

However, the descriptions themselves are full of major burns that hurt because they’re true. Especially Wisconsin.
