Contestants for the #MAGACHALLENGE

The Best Worst Submissions To Trump’s MAGA Rap Challenge

If you’re craving some suffering today, you’ll be happy to know that Donald Trump promoted a so-called #MAGACHALLENGE started in September by YouTuber and alleged rapper Bryson Gray, who was last in the news for wearing an oversized MAGA hat in public. Gray is an avid Trump supporter who has made a big deal over claims that people have told him he can’t support Trump because he’s black—a subject addressed in his own submission to the “challenge.”

Last month, Gray spoke with the Daily Dot about the challenge.

“I think the MAGA challenge is doing what everybody expected Kanye West to do for the [Trump] campaign,” he said, adding that he feels his music helps in “easing the tensions in the culture and helping get the word out about Trump.”

He also claimed that “not all Trump voters and GOP are stick ups,” but did not clarify what “stick ups” are supposed to be.

In boosting the tweet, Trump said that “winners” will be invited to the White House to meet him. There don’t seem to be any rules outlined and it’s unclear how the winners will be chosen, but people are submitting videos of them rapping about how much they love the president anyway. The results are more than a little painful.
